What Changed

Midlife has made an unexpected, yet exciting impact on my life. I have chosen to leave successful and fulfilling professional roles in search of new dreams and goals. Although I have loved my time in education, I want to be back in a leadership role.

I am now looking for employment for the last 15 to 20 years of my working life. I want to finish my time in the workforce at the top of my game and the organization that chooses to hire me will greatly benefit from this goal.

My other main goal is to find joy in my daily work life. I want kindness and compassion to form part of my daily experience, and as a leader, I want the same for others.
